Thanks Alex for busting that guy and Mr Mwale for that insight from
TZ, now that is what we call objective , sometimes we create Drama
where we shouldn't a law in my opinion should be a gentlemans
agreement to regulate their behaviour in a civilised society. Much as
we cannot forget where we have come from we must not forget where we
are heading. Members we need a Ministry for ICT i insist !!!, much as
we are in a converged environment, it is evident from the passionate
exchanges we have had here that this are two industries that might
need to be regulated separately, Hon Mheshimiwa Rege what are your
opinions ? we need to hear your voice
