It would be wrong to say that this is a premature blame of the system. How
well can it be explained that seven hours after the results were announced,
the KNEC site is unavailable citing : '*This site is temporarily
unavailable. **Please notify the System Administrator'  *and '*There are
currently too many people connected to the website. please try again?'*
