[kictanet] Registration of SIM Safaricom Zain Yu, Orange

To the best of my knowledge i registered just after the 2002 general
elections not sure if i need to register again we need some education as
Solomon say's, maybe Safaricom, Zain , YU and Orange could do us a favor and
send us sms's reminding us of the status of our registrations better still
can the details used in registering for Mpesa and ZAP apply in this case, i
believe the SIM cards can be registered automatically.
