Hi

Just to remind you who I am: I'm a PhD student at the Institute of  
Communication Studies at the University of Leeds. I'm doing my  
research on the role of the media in ICT policy development in Kenya.

Does anyone know of any organisation/institution/indivual which would  
be willing to fund my travel to Kenya to undertake the fieldwork for  
my PhD project? I have been looking, but there doesnt seem to be much  
available in the way of small grants. If you know of anyone, please  
send me their details, I am quite desperate to go in March/April 2010  
in order to finish my PhD in time.

I've attached a brief project description/proposal.
