[kictanet] Kenya IGF Meeting & Statistics

HI all,

McTim here, new to the list, but some of you know me from UG.

Anyway, they asked me how much I used the Internet, but gave me no
metric to use, so I said "every hour".

Maybe my enumerators were not well trained?
