The problem with "newer" Kenyans is that they do not play teamwork
rythm. The individual's high placement is far more important than
collective acheivement of task ahead. End result? Myriad of fragmented
efforts all trying to be small kings.
This is my painful diagnosis and hey we either choose to swallow the
bitter pill to collectively succeed or like striking patients at a
ward, saying, "No more bitter pills!" - demanding of prescriptions of
only sweet medicines from Doctors...

Recent Nordic research explains why Scandinavian GDP are the highest
in the world.

Several Scandinavian scientists have researched on the power of trust,
and found out, that the high GDP of Scandinavia is partly based in a
culture of trust. I quote:
"Trust is today a factor, if we shall explain growth. Countries with a
high degree of trust has mostly better education, better justice
system, better bureaucratic quality and a higher degree of growth.
It's pretty simple, because these facotrs ease negotiations and
business. Here we have the roots o f the "staying-together" that marks
the Scandinavian society.
Christian Bjørnskov, who is Ph.D., thinks that the expansion of the
Viking-age is a splendid example on the benefits of trust(The Vikings
were very eager to keep their promises.)
