Sir,
My husband is a well educated Kenyan who is two years my senior. You have no
right to make such remarks on list or off.
Again, is mud slinging what you consider to be the mark of being a Kenyan?
The problem in Kenya is that people turn on each other instead of focusing
on the problems and addressing them together. This leads to hate and
violence that is uncalled for. Until we all commit to making a change in our
mentalities and attitudes, from one of victimhood and name calling to one of
empowerment, nothing will change.
HOW TO GET RID OF A BAD EMPLOYEE
First, you determine if their actual work performance is worth keeping them
in your company, organization, or GOVERNMENT. Second, if they are found
lacking, confront them directly in a calm and civilized manner based on
factual evidence. Third, if the factual evidence shows a breach in their
"contract" for employment, dismiss them. Fourth, if they have broken laws
take them to court. Hold them accountable.
