P.S. Ndemo has mentioned -there has been no awarding of a contract.

KCCT students do need the valuable opportunities offered by Kencall 
among others to acquire practical skills. And agree with Walu, KCCT had 
developed their BPO training programme even before the new board was 
appointed.
