[kictanet] ICT Board should have guidelines on conflict ofinterest

Wakarema,
There wasn't any award of any contract in this matter.  The call center has simply provided internship opportunities to KCCT students.  This in my view is conflict of interesta.  If there is more than this, please let me know.

I would have thought that all State Corporations should be having guidelines on conflict of interest. Currently KCCT is on the spotlight - having recently awarded a contract of training call centre agents, to a newly appointed board member who runs a large call centre in Nairobi.
