From our experiences in the UK, this is an area you need to be very careful in. There have been a number of cases recently which have beeb brought on scenarios such as this, which has damaged brand irreconcilably.  Segregation of duties is essential to maintain integrity of working.

I would have thought that all State Corporations should be having guidelines on conflict of interest. Currently KCCT is on the spotlight - having recently awarded a contract of training call centre agents, to a newly appointed board member who runs a large call centre in Nairobi.
