[kictanet] Kenya ICT Stakeholders Forum underway

Oops, clicked send by mistake before I was ready.

So the event started off today with a participant raising a point of  
order that interrupted the opening address. The issue was that the  
participant didnt see some "key" organizations listed on the programme  
and vocally demanded a hearing.

It took a few minutes and interventions from both Otwoma and myself to  
reassure the gentleman that the the for the day was openness and  
understanding and that he would indeed have a chance to mention these  
key organizations.

More updates as we proceed...
