[kictanet] Facilitators - Kenya ICT Stakeholders Forum

We need an ICT Champion in Parliament. Eng. Rege is the natural person.
Let us start off by inviting him to chair the session. We can make use
of the chance to brief him about critical ICT Public Policy issues we
want raised in the House.
