It was surprising to learn that subscribers are receiving notification from
ZAIN that the club 20 Tarrif has been suspended for 24th December and 31st
December, for what is indicated as system upgrade!!

 

Why the specific dates of 24th and 31st December? Is it to cash in on the
xmas and new year calls? What does consumer protection rights dictate? Can
we hear from the regulator?
