[kictanet] Entryism according to some dictionaries

Can we atleast keep our personal issues aside and deal with things which 
affect this industry. I tend to believe this is why as a country we 
still lagging behind in so many things because we deal more with  the 
side issues  than the real issues which is meant to bring us together.
