Profession could do well to read an article in yesterday's Standard
headed "Keeping Technology Con Artists at Bay." The article, by Joseph
Maina, starts opens with .. "Trust is the keyword in Information and
Communication Technology (ICT). Considering the levels of dishonesty,
you must be very careful the person you contract to provide your IT
solutions, especially because the industry is largely unregulated.
