(2005) to 2,770,300 (2007) end user prices have hardly
reduced and in some instances actually they went high
up.

Obviously this has something to do with the 540 per
cent mark up on local bandwidth prices by ISPs (CCK

Well, notwithstanding the price pain penetration now
compares well with Egypt's
