[kictanet] Mobile Government: The New Frontier inTransformingPublic Services - 29th November 2007

Hi

As a sign of good will and intention Mr. Joseph should open up the connection, and if this will result in an illegality have it be provided by a 3rd party temporarily until the legal hurdle is resolved.

When you make someone from Mandara have to travel from Mandera to Nairobi just to confirm their electoral details is inhuman and negates your so called SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY programs.

Hope is not a bad thing to have but just its just a wish. Until you
finally "finalise" the agreement completely then let high costs bite
deeper and deeper into our pockets.

If we had a CCK that protected consumers this would have happened 2
 months ago.
