[kictanet] Holding our Leaders Accountable

Alice,

As you know, we are testing this weekend again how far we can push the
Butterfly access and have given it free. In the meantime I would like ICT
maternity/fraternity to think about what content we can provide on the free
Butterfly portal which can be accessed by EVERYBODY free of charge. CSR and
policy related matters could be one of the items?

Kai

Thanks MM yes indeed the ICT maternity/fraternity is a dynamic one and
would like to suggest that we try and link ICTs to livelihood issues as
Walu suggests and perhaps over chai , as Kanja suggests, present it
clearly and simply within that context.
