Correction:
The ICT Bill was actually mentioned by the President as priority legislation "to provide for a single regulator for the sector."
"To enable the Information and Communications Technology sector realize its full potential for employment and wealth creation in Kenya, my Government will table an ICT Bill this year to provide for a single regulator for the sector."
