[kictanet] Test 1 - Check your Bulk/Junk Mails

Wash et al,

I notice that some of the KICTANet mails are ending up in
my 'Bulk/Junk' folder rather than my 'Inbox'.  Members are
adviced to flip through their Bulk/Junk folders as we try
to ensure reliable service...
