[kictanet] ICANN publishes DNS Attack Factsheet

Nice overview. It is good to know how the core components
of the Internet were hit in Feb 2007 for several hours
without end-users experiencing interruptions...

However, the url given seems to have been broken but I
tried the one below and picked the report.
