The long lifespan of optic fibres viz a viz satellite, should be a good for cost/benefit in the long run for our country so long as ownership is right and to our advantage.
Second, we don't have satellite up 'there' so this gives us another opportunity to 'kujivunia kuwa wakenya' -))
