There is also the E-Learning Africa (ELA) Conference in Nairobi, 29 May - 1June 2007, aimed at bring experts of e-Learning from all Africa and Globally to discuss on emerging trends on e-Learning and sharing of best practices and success stories (also failures) in the implementation of the same.

Very useful for all e-Learning implementers and interested stakeholders.
