Dear All,
This is to invite you to participate in the making of the Freedom of
Information Policy for our country.  The draft policy is to be debated by
stakeolder on February 20th, 2007 at the Kenya School of Monetary Studies.
 I have attached the draft policy for your prusal and comments.

ALL STAKEHOLDERS INCLUDING "CONSUMERS" ARE INVITED.  CHECK WEDNESDAY PAPER.
