Hi all,

Its encouraging to see comments finally beginning to
emerge.  I feel it necessary to postpone Day 4 (The
Statistics on Infrastructure) to tomorrow so that we can
have more time to dwell particularly on the Day 2
'International & Domestic Bandwidth Usage' & Day 3
'Hierarchy of Providers (IBP,ISP)' themes.

Kudos in particular to Alex, Michuki &  LK for your
insights so far.  I can't believe we have not heard from
Kai - hope he is not on a (butter?)-flight somewhere (;-)
