Attached is a copy of:

1. Presentation made at the ICT Session of the YES Kenya 2006 summit last week. A full report on the campaign is available on http://projects.takingitglobal.org/wsisyouthkenya 

2. The "Kenya Youth Declaration on the Implementation of the National ICT Policy" that should serve as a guide as we ensure youth issues are taken up in the work of organisations such as KICTANet,  the YES Fund. Feel free to circulate to other organisations as a reference document. 

SUGGESTION: The above documents should be useful for PowerUp campaign; lobbying on the ICT Bill and resulting project implementation by private sector, civil society and Ministries (ICT, Youth Affaris; Education etc).
