thanx Brian, Bill, Harry and Eric for your contributions so
far. Indeed the points so far have been biased towards the
mission (what KICTANet does/will do) and less on the vision
(what KICTANet hopes to become).

Nevertheless, I have worked backwards from these
'mission-like' points and carved out the following three
suggested vision for KICTANet.

Please feel free to edit, delete, add or mix as we try to
fix a Vision statement that should be brief, precise and
easy to remember.

1. To become the focal point for sharing ICT Knowledge

2. To provide a forum for promoting multi-stakeholder ICT
Initiatives

3. To harness and promote multi-stakeholder ICT
Initiatives.

walu.
nb: Tomorrow we embark on the mission issues which should
be fairly easy given the last points have given indication
on what the mission statemennt would likely entail.
