good to have an instance of the F-Root Server hosted here.

However, for this to translate into savings (bandwidth) for local communities, we must have the question of local content addressed.  In the absence of this, most users (African) will continue to request external access to foreign websites and in so doing have little or no regard to the F-Root Server.
