A Media Watch Institute is different in that it
"watches the media" itself
from the infocom consumer
perspective. The link you sent is a professional,
looks to me for and made
up journalists and supporting
orgs champions journalists' causes.

Certainly discussions could be started to see if they
could start a
consumer-centric "programme"?
I am not opposed to anything but I hope our original
intent clarification is
in order?

Remember, that also that the media (and journalists)
commit terrible things
and run hide to behind "mama press freedom"
We need to ask them to publish their "editorial
policies" to enable us
evaluate their coverage against their openly declared
policies.
