[Kictanet] ISPs: A Call for Expression of Interest

To ALL ISPs,
 
Owing to the diversity of consumer issues around ISPs, and the need to build solid .ke confidence, a series of half-day workshops may be held soon whose objective is to develop acceptable service standards (both to the consumers and the providers).
 
I am very interested in working with ALL of you in developing these standards along internationally acceptable professional standards and consumer quality assurance levels. You may consider this is as an extension of the "FOCUS ON THE INDIVIDUAL" project and a response to the disconnect between providers and consumers.
 
Therefore, this message is a call to individual ISPs interested in participating to email me directly through way_forward_tech at yahoo.com
 
I have attached two documents to give you an indication of the expected outcomes should you be interested.
