Sounds like a nice offer...
I wouldn't mind doing air-time on the ICT policy in general.
Why it is hard to do one specifically for Mombasa (and that's probably why Charles Nduati maybe trying to wriggle out of writing the report) is that in Mombasa we were split into small groups such that none of use can authoritatively talk about what transpired in the other groups.
