[Kictanet] Msa report

Agreed Muriuki,

Some of us also have soft copies of the various group deliberations/
reports that were presented in the plenary - and we should also be
able to get the plenary input from some of the rapporteurs (maybe
Grace Mutung'u?)

This would add "meat" to the anecdotal input from participants.

TESPOK is also considering serialising the reports in public
newspapers to heighten awareness of ICTs and the importance of the
policy and the work that the Ministry is doing. This should be
discussed at the next KICTANet meeting.

regards,

Brian
