Also to mention that it seems like the mombasa workshop will take place

could get advice on which part of Landmark this meeting shall run?  Also

which name the group shall be booked in as.

The other time I spend 30min wondering how to get help in locating this 
forum.  Didn't even know which name  it was booked as -  KICTANET, APC, 
ARCC, IDRC or whatever, and so getting help from the Reception was twice
as 
hard...
