Technology does not inspire. Content does.
There cannot be a humane and interesting Information
Society without high quality and innovation in
contents. 
Global content always needs local content. Local
contents require local producers and creative content
developers.
A global Information Society cannot develop without
highly motivated individuals, who move beyond the
ordinary and secure sustainable development in there
region through their innovation and creativity with
new media and ICT. 
The World Summit Award views the Kenya e-content
Awards as a leading national pre-selections platform
for the WSA 2005. We do wish all organisers and
participants much success and lots of inspiring
entries!
