[Kictanet] Another Kenyan goes to Rwanda

Considering the way Shem has been treated here by the system we have to give
him our congratulations for the trust and honour that the Govt. of Ruanda
has placed on him by giving him such an important portfolio to manage. Very
sad for Kenya but Washington says, what do we expect when we keep the best
down!

We wish you all the best Shem and most important of all - job satisfaction
and peace of mind.

Yes, while we appoint Major Generals to head our regulations bodies ;)
It doesn't require a genius to know we are headed the wrong way.
