[Kictanet] Who employs the deaf?

Does any of you know who would employ a deaf person? We run free SMS
broadcasts to people with hearing impairment and would love to get info
that would help them secure employment..or other relevant info.
 
Is any other KIPList/KICTANet member offering ICT solutions to people
with disabilities? For instance, ITAC Consulting has software solutions
for the blind.
