[Kictanet] Work plan and budget

Dear All

Attached is the work plan for KICATNET that was discussed during the monthly 
meeting held last week. I  would like to urge all those organisations that 
took responsibility for the various activities to kindly work out the 
budgets and send them to me.
For example, One world is  organising the sms broadcasts Re; Consumer 
awareness. Wainaina please develop a budget for this. KIF for the 2006 
national convention, etc etc
