Someone explain on the three character codes and four character codes and the ones Kenya (Kenyans) plan on listing/protecting when the net round opens.(dot) ken, (dot) keny... and the towns, heritage sites... (dot) nyeri, (dot) samburu, (dot) mukuru. I hope ISOC team dive into the conversations.
Just like managing foreign debt , there may be saving of future generations from having to buy back the territories.
I think with the development of the internet we may not be speaking of protecting as much proactively acquiring and creating commercial and social value to them.
