Strathmore University is organizing a 3 week Certificatein Mobile Development for USSD. The program will run from Oct 5th- Oct 23rd2015. The training will mainly cover the SMS and USSD technologies forbeginners and intermediate level developers

 

This short course will offer participants with skills to developUSSD based mobile applications that allow fast, secure communication betweenthe user. The participants also learn how to develop sms systems and intergratethem with Mobile Network Operators (MNO) and the basic techniques required fordeveloping apps for the USSD platform. Upon completion of the Certificateprogram, participants will have acquired knowledge on the following:

·        SMS gateway

·        SMS Architecture 

·        USSD Architecture

·        Billing and FinancialModels for SMS and USSD

·        Voice Infrastructure

·        Cloud Hosting
