[kictanet] Has the ICT Sector Failed?

Relax. IEBC has 5 days ?.

Anyone who has worked with systems will tell you sometimes shit hits the
fan ... and you fix it ... and you tell your boss/client to leave you alone
as you fix

took us 50 years to get this constitution ... did it mean Kenyans failed ?

Maybe its time to get back to work ... ama COFEK will sue IEBC ? :)
