[kictanet] Internet prices in countries without submarine fiber

These prices are not reasonable. In East Timor, which is a tiny very
underdeveloped country a long way from major centres and supplied only by
satellite you can get 512k from the official supplier for $200. But you
can get it from 'informal' suppliers for $50.
