All,
I add my condolences to those of onlist colleagues .

I recall Dr. Juma saying (at EAIGF) "Perhaps The Official Secrets Act
is so secretive, some of us have never seen it." say this solely for
immediately it came to mind for, obviously unintended, Charles
Nduati's reply somewhat relating the my earlier post.

We shall miss his candid engagement with various stakeholders, even
those whom they held differing points of views. May the Good Lord rest
his soul in eternal peace.
